If you find comparable insurance cover at a lower cost within 28 days of purchase, we will either match that cost or refund the policy premium in full. A full refund of the cost of the policy will be given on cancellation on condition that no claims have been submitted. The decision of price match or full refund is at the sole discretion of Rentguard Insurance and will be final.

Our Guarantee
If you take out a policy with Student Services, you have 14 days after receiving the policy documents to read the policy wording. If the cover is not what you expected you can phone the insurer, cancel the policy and get a full refund.
